General
1.1 By participating in this campaign, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
1.2 This campaign is not valid in conjunction with any other promotions, discounts, or special offers. Miles cannot be earned on discounted rentals. -
Eligibility
2.1 This campaign is valid only for Miles&Smiles members.
2.2 To benefit from the campaign, you must book your car rental via the dedicated Miles&Smiles and Europcar campaign page: https://www.europcar.com/en-us/p/europcar-partner/miles-and-smiles
2.3 At the time of vehicle pick-up, a valid Miles&Smiles membership card (digital or physical), issued in the name of the member making the booking, must be presented at the Europcar station.
2.4 The same member cannot earn campaign benefits for more than one rental at the same time, and only one rental may be recorded under this campaign. -
Campaign Period
3.1 This campaign is valid for car rental bookings made between March 30, 2026 and May 30, 2026 (both dates inclusive). Europcar reserves the right to extend or modify the campaign at its sole discretion. -
Campaign Details
4.1 As a Miles&Smiles member, you can double your Miles depending on the duration of your rental. The standard base is 500 Miles; for eligible rentals longer than 2 days, you will earn double Miles, meaning a total of 1,000 Miles.
4.2 This campaign applies to all vehicle categories and replaces any existing tier-based bonuses during the campaign period.
4.3 The rental must be booked via the official booking channel below: https://www.europcar.com/en-us/p/europcar-partner/miles-and-smiles
4.4 The campaign is valid only for bookings made during the campaign period.
4.5 Earned Miles should be credited to the membership account within 6 to 8 weeks after the rental has been completed.
4.6 Miles earned under this campaign are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
4.7 Miles are credited only to the Miles&Smiles member who rents the vehicle.
4.8 This campaign is not valid for rentals made in the USA, Canada, Japan, India, and China.
4.9 The campaign is valid for rentals of up to 21 days. Rentals exceeding 21 days will not be eligible for the campaign multiplier. -
Support
5.1 If support is required regarding the car rental, members must contact the Europcar station from which the vehicle was picked up and present the rental documents.
All other rental terms and conditions applicable in the destination country shall also apply.
