Personal data processed for the purposes of ensuring the security of company operations and vehicles, receiving vehicle breakdown notifications, recording vehicle deliveries and returns, conducting financial risk assessments of customers, planning and executing customer relationship management processes, following and executing legal affairs, carrying out information security and audit processes, and planning and executing customer satisfaction activities; shall be processed pursuant to Article 5/2(f) of the Law, based on the legal ground that processing is mandatory for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject;

Your personal data processed by our company and authorized dealers through SMS, telephone, automatic calling machines, e-mail and similar communication channels for the purposes of offering our company’s products and services and sending promotional and marketing commercial electronic communications; shall be processed based on the condition of “explicit consent” within the scope of Article 5/1 of the Law;
