Women's Empowerment Principles (WEPs), a joint venture, is a tool designed for gender equality studies of the private sector.

In order for women to exist in working life; We are proud to be the signer of WEPs.

After signing WEPs, there has been an increase in the number of female employees in our company.

In our sector where male employees are predominant; We provide job opportunities on a sectoral basis, without discrimination between women and men.

We are delighted to break this perception and to provide more jobs for our women and to contribute to women finding more places in working life.

In addition, in order to demonstrate that every candidate applying to our company ethically is valuable to us; we communicate privately to each island.
